Plastics / Rubber Compounding Lines
A Technical Process & Engineering Compounding Line typically includes:
- continuous mixer
- extruder
- electrical control panel
- lubrication system
- water cooling system; and, downstream options of a screen changer, and/or pelletizing system or die
TPEI's Compounding Lines are fully integrated with interlocked control panels for maintenance alarms and shutdowns. Our lines are capable of processing a wide variety of thermal plastics and rubber polymers including acrylic, nylon, polycarbonate, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, rubber and hot melt adhesives and can be manufactured to your specifications in scale to accommodate production rates from 50 lbs/hr to 10,000 lbs/hr.
TP&E's systems can be purchased as complete turnkey systems or as individual components.
